Signature Coordination

Designed for couples who have thoughtfully planned much of their wedding but want an experienced professional to step in, refine the details, and ensure everything comes together seamlessly.
While the more intensive planning process begins 16 weeks before your wedding, you will have access to the Something Blue team throughout your planning journey, so you always feel supported along the way. At the 16-week mark, we begin intensively reviewing your plans, vendor contracts, and overall vision to ensure every element is aligned and thoughtfully prepared. This stage allows us to identify potential gaps, refine details, and help bring your plans together in a cohesive and organized way.
As the wedding approaches, we transition into full wedding management. At 12 weeks out, Something Blue Events becomes your single point of contact for vendors, confirming logistics, finalizing details, and creating a comprehensive timeline for your wedding weekend so every moving piece is aligned.
By the time your wedding day arrives, the planning has already been thoughtfully organized behind the scenes. Our role is to calmly manage the timeline, coordinate vendors, and oversee every detail so the day unfolds smoothly.
The result is a wedding day that feels effortless, allowing you to be fully present and celebrate with confidence alongside the people you love most.

Planning Concierge Services
Timeline Creation Package

This package is ideal for couples who have planned most of their wedding but want a professionally crafted timeline to ensure everything flows smoothly. If you are not hiring a full coordinator but still want structure, clarity, and peace of mind, this service provides professional guidance to help your day run seamlessly.
We begin with a one-hour virtual consultation, typically scheduled 8 to 12 weeks before your wedding day. During this meeting, we review the details you have planned so far and help organize the many moving parts of your wedding day into a thoughtful and efficient flow. We will also review your vendor contracts and offer guidance on the most effective order of events.
Next, we schedule a two-hour working session, either virtual or in person, to build the first draft of your wedding day timeline and confirm key logistical details. After that, we meet again for one hour to review the draft together, make any adjustments, and answer questions so you feel confident moving forward.
Two weeks before your wedding, the finalized timeline will be shared with you, your wedding party, family members, and all hired wedding professionals so everyone understands the schedule and expectations for the day.
This service is perfect for couples who want a beautifully organized wedding day without the full coordination package.
Wedding Consultant Package

This package is perfect for couples who want professional guidance without committing to full-service planning.
During our two-hour virtual consultation, we will walk through everything you have planned so far, review your vendor contracts, and provide expert insight on etiquette, budgeting, and the smartest next steps for your wedding planning journey.
You will leave the session with a personalized planning checklist and a clear action plan, along with practical guidance to help you continue planning with confidence.
Optional follow up check ins can also be scheduled as your wedding day approaches if you would like additional support.
