While the more intensive planning process begins 16 weeks before your wedding, you will have access to the Something Blue team throughout your planning journey, so you always feel supported along the way. At the 16-week mark, we begin intensively reviewing your plans, vendor contracts, and overall vision to ensure every element is aligned and thoughtfully prepared. This stage allows us to identify potential gaps, refine details, and help bring your plans together in a cohesive and organized way.

As the wedding approaches, we transition into full wedding management. At 12 weeks out, Something Blue Events becomes your single point of contact for vendors, confirming logistics, finalizing details, and creating a comprehensive timeline for your wedding weekend so every moving piece is aligned.

By the time your wedding day arrives, the planning has already been thoughtfully organized behind the scenes. Our role is to calmly manage the timeline, coordinate vendors, and oversee every detail so the day unfolds smoothly.

Designed for couples who have started planning but want an experienced professional to guide the remaining decisions, refine the details, and ensure everything comes together beautifully. From the moment you book, you'll have access to the Something Blue Events team throughout your planning journey. We’ll answer questions, review vendor contracts, provide trusted recommendations, and offer guidance so you can make confident decisions without feeling like you're planning alone.

This level of support extends beyond traditional coordination. We’re here to assist with the moments that matter most throughout your planning process, whether that includes attending venue visits, joining you for tastings, accompanying you to seamstress appointments for a bustle lesson, or providing hands-on guidance wherever you need it most.

As your plans begin to take shape, we step in to help elevate and refine every detail. We’ll collaborate with you to enhance your design vision, ensure your vendor team is aligned, and thoughtfully organize the logistics so everything flows seamlessly. For couples who desire a refined, stress-free, and deeply personalized planning experience, the Heirloom Package offers a trusted and collaborative partnership from the very beginning.

We work closely with you throughout the entire planning journey, guiding decisions, refining your vision, and managing every detail with care and precision. From curating your dream team of wedding professionals to crafting a cohesive, heirloom-inspired design, we ensure your celebration is a true reflection of your love story.

With up to 15 planning meetings, monthly check-ins, unlimited email support, and hands-on guidance, we’re by your side every step of the way. On your wedding day, we orchestrate every moment so you can fully immerse yourself in the joy and magic of your celebration.

While we offer thoughtfully designed core packages, every celebration is different, which is why we also provide a variety of enhancements to create a planning experience that truly fits your needs.
