Signature Coordination
Month of Coordination + Wedding Design Refinement

Ideal for couples who’ve handled most of the logistics but want expert guidance to refine their wedding design and ensure flawless execution. We begin by transforming your inspiration into a cohesive, heirloom-inspired design, complete with a custom mood board to guide your aesthetic. At 10 weeks out, we step in as your Single Point of Contact, confirming all arrangements and crafting a detailed timeline for your wedding weekend.
On the big day, we manage every moment with grace and precision, allowing you to relax and celebrate with confidence.
Keepsake Coordination

At 8 weeks out, we step in as the Single Point of Contact, managing final communications, building your timeline, and handling last-minute logistics.

Timeline Creation Package
Investment starting at $750
This package is ideal for couples who’ve planned most of their wedding but want a professionally crafted timeline to ensure everything flows smoothly. If you’re not hiring a full coordinator but still want structure, clarity, and peace of mind—this is for you.
We begin with a 1-hour virtual meeting, scheduled between 8 to 12 weeks before your wedding day. During this session, we’ll learn all the details you’ve planned so far and help you organize the many moving parts into a seamless, efficient flow. We’ll also review your vendor contracts and offer expert advice on the best order of events. Next, we’ll hold a 2-hour meeting (in-person or virtual) to firm up the details and create a rough draft of your wedding day timeline. Then, we’ll meet again for 1 hour to walk through the draft together, make adjustments, and offer guidance on your options.
Two weeks before your wedding, we’ll email the finalized timeline to you, your wedding party, family members, and all hired wedding professionals, ensuring everyone is informed and prepared.
This package is perfect for couples who want a beautifully organized day without the full-service commitment.
Wedding Consultant Package

This package is designed for couples who want expert guidance without committing to full-service planning. During a two-hour virtual meeting, we’ll walk through your current plans, review vendor contracts, and offer professional insight on etiquette, budgeting, and next steps. You’ll leave with a personalized planning checklist and a clear, confident game plan to move forward with ease.
