We do not simply arrive on your wedding day and hope everything comes together. We prepare, organize, and oversee every moving part in advance. That is why we prefer the term Wedding Management, because we truly manage your day.

At Something Blue Events, our wedding management packages begin 8 to 10 weeks before your wedding, depending on the package you choose. This intentional preparation time allows us to review vendor contracts, build a detailed and customized timeline, confirm logistics, and ensure every element of your plan is aligned and ready to shine. We step in as your single point of contact, communicate directly with your vendor team, lead your rehearsal, and seamlessly manage the entire wedding day so you can stay fully present instead of problem-solving.

Our full-service planning experience begins at the very start of your engagement. From vendor sourcing and budget tracking to design curation and personalized guidance, we walk alongside you every step of the way. This collaborative process is thoughtfully tailored to reflect your unique vision, values, and priorities, resulting in a celebration that feels authentically and beautifully you.

When should I book a Certified Wedding Planner in Central Florida? 

I recommend booking as early as 6–9 months in advance, especially if you're planning during peak wedding season or hosting your wedding at a popular Florida venue. This ensures you have priority access to planning sessions and our preferred vendor network.

What is a Certified Wedding Planner, and why does that matter?

Do you offer customized packages? 

Absolutely. While we offer three signature planning packages—The Heirloom, Signature Coordination, and The Keepsake, we understand that no two weddings are alike. We’ll tailor your experience to reflect your specific needs, style, and planning preferences.

Can I add services to my package?

Yes. We offer a selection of Tailored Enhancements to complement your planning experience. From rehearsal dinner coordination to venue selection, we’ll discuss what may or may not be helpful during your consultation. Our goal is to make your planning process as joyful and meaningful as the celebration itself.

What is the typical investment?

Coordination packages begin at $1,650, with most couples investing around $1,950 depending on their timeline and the level of support they need.

Our Heirloom Package, which includes full-service planning and design, begins at $7,500. This experience is highly personalized and deeply collaborative, reflecting the time, care, and intention required to design your entire wedding celebration from start to finish. There are over 5,000 moving parts in the average wedding, and we account for every single one with precision, professionalism, and heart. During your complimentary consultation, we’ll explore your priorities and recommend a planning path that fits your vision and your budget.

What if I don’t need full-service planning?

We offer flexible options for couples who’ve already started planning or prefer to handle most of the logistics themselves. Our Signature Coordination package includes wedding design refinement and month-of support, while The Keepsake offers month-of coordination only. We also offer standalone services like our Timeline Creation Package and Wedding Coach Session for couples who want expert guidance without a full commitment.

I’m super organized; do I still need a coordinator? 

Absolutely. Even the most detail-oriented planner deserves to truly enjoy their wedding day without juggling behind-the-scenes logistics. That’s where we come in. We handle the timeline, vendors, and every moving piece so you can be the guest of honor, not the host. Your only job? To stay present, soak up the joy, and savor each moment stress-free.
