Hi, I’m Kista!

Weddings and events have held a special place in my heart, though planning them was not my first career move. For as long as I can remember, I’ve been the one at the center any event or family gathering, cooking, decorating, and making sure everyone felt connected and celebrated. Bringing people together in meaningful ways has been a true joy, but it was planning my own wedding that gave me the confidence to turn that passion into a career.

My background in patient care and marketing gave me the perfect mix of precision, creativity, and calm under pressure. Let’s be honest, weddings can get intense when Aunt Susan insists on rearranging the seating chart again.

I am a Certified Wedding Planner and a Certified Timeline Genius through the CWP Society. This level of expertise and education gives me the tools to create seamless timelines, intentional details, and wedding days that feel one in a million.
